NADIA PRÖPPER-SCHWIRTZEK

Nadia Schwirtzek, born in 1973, is a specialized lawyer for medical law. She manages the law firm Schwirtzek Rechtsanwälte - Fachanwälte and handles medical law mandates of all sizes.

In the areas of employment law, company law and contract law, which she also deals with, she concentrates on healthcare and industry-specific constellations, such as Internet shops, product development, compliance of companies.

Her clients include doctors, medical service providers, clinics and hospital operators as well as companies nationwide and throughout Europe.

Another focus of her legal work is consulting and representation in start-ups, not only in health care.
